‘Our Voice at the UN’ is where Soroptimist International shares the vital work of its 26 SI Representatives to the United Nations (UN). Our Representatives are based at UN Centres across New York, Geneva, Vienna, Paris, Rome, Nairobi and Bangkok.
They ensure that the voices of all women and girls are heard in key global discussions. On this webpage, we provide regular updates and insights into their advocacy, contributions to UN events, participation in negotiations and collaboration with other civil society organisations.
Our Representatives engage in thematic areas such as gender equality, climate change, education, peace and security, human rights and the elimination of violence against all women and girls.
